* Reason for the extension required Please write detail of why an extension should be granted.
* Your duly qualified person (DQP) / certified meter installer (CMI) and contact details Irrigation Australia – to find your DQP/CMI
* Please attach your filled out logbook/s recording water usage to date (even if nil)
Please attach evidence to support this extension request eg. a quote from your DQP. If this request is for a replacement meter, this field is mandatory.

Please note: WaterNSW and NRAR holds the right to request documented evidence in the form of quotations and correspondence demonstrating any efforts made to comply with the NSW Non-Urban Water Metering Policy and Regulations. Failure to provide such evidence upon request could result in the refusal of the extension.

WaterNSW and NRAR has the right to refuse any Extension.
